Application
Jokisch Concentrate W2OP CBF is a water mixable cooling fluid, free of boric acid with long term stability combined with excellent flushing properties and low foaming tendency.
Characteristics
The alternative amines distinguish high evaporation stability, which positively influence a constant pH-value and a long life time. Suitable for grinding operations and light machining of steel, cast and grey cast iron. Due to the long term stability and high resistance against fungi and bacteria fluid maintenance can be reduced significantly.

Preparation of an emulsion
Jokisch Concentrate W2OP CBF has a natural tendency to dissolve and disperse quickly in water. When the dilution is made by hand, we recommend the addition of the product to water (not vice versa) to give a higher possibility of even dispersion in the liquid mass.
